		<description>I would think that the best time to post would be also the best time to read. Although I suppose it&#039;s really relative to who and what types of topics you are following. For instance, in my husband&#039;s niche (music) you will find most of your useful tweets after 7pm because music industry folks work really late.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for stopping by Julie:)</description>
