There are many marketers who have been online for months, even years, and have not written one single article. I can tell you with most certainty that most of those marketers are not making any money.
Internet marketing 101 is that content is King or as I like to say Queen:) So whether or not you write the articles yourself, or whether or not you write them everyday, every week, month etc. — you gotta write ’em! Using easy article marketing is the key.
If your site has no content, you have little chance of being found online organically and will have to depend on other marketing methods that cost tons of money to get you the results you will need to survive financially. Article marketing, in my opinion, has been and will always be a no-brainer. But as I write this article I can hear the groans around the world “Ugh – article marketing! I can’t write.”
That’s because you are not using the easy article marketing pleasure principle…
In order for article marketing to become less of a task and more of an enjoyable part of your marketing strategy, you have to focus on writing things that bring you pleasure. That you enjoy. That are genuine.
1. You own a successful knitting shop – let’s call it: KnitWit
2. You want to teach other shop owners how to build their knitting businesses
BUT, if your passion is teaching others how to knit, and you are writing articles on how a knitting shop owner should market their shop, and you are hating every minute of it — you are not tapping into the pleasure principle of easy article marketing. You are just going through the motions of writing the types of articles that you think you have to write.
Believe it or not, if you build a loyal fan base of knitters who can feel and read and see the passion you have for knitting in your “how-to” articles, then you will undoubtedly begin to build a base of knitting shop owners etc. who will see that as well and want to emulate that. They will equate your passion, and your fan following, with success and will ask you questions about how you built your business. How you market it. What your tricks of the trade are for filling knitting groups, etc. Remember that knitting shop owners, just like yourself, started out as people who were crazy about knitting.
So you see, all of the rest will come naturally – if you tap into the pleasure principle of your easy article marketing and truly write about what floats your boat! It truly is the easiest way to produce more articles, write better articles, and enjoy the process while you are doing it.
