Walethia, when I talk about free email, I speak of the fact that you can literally send unlimited amounts of email to your potential prospects for zero cost which can help you build relationships with them as well as sell to them. It really is an unprecedented way to access potential customers and clients, because any other way would cost you money such as direct mail, telemarketing, etc. Hopefully it will stay free although the powers that be would like to monetize sending email. So I encourage folks to make sure you are sending letters to your email list, announcing your new articles, discussing what’s new in your business, etc.
